Kate’s journey with yoga began at 16, attending village hall classes with her mum in search of connection and calm. What started as a shared practice soon became a lifelong exploration of movement, energy, and self-inquiry.

After building a successful career in one of the UK’s top marketing agencies, Kate developed a deep understanding of business strategy, brand-building, and community engagement—skills that later shaped her approach to creating meaningful wellbeing spaces. Throughout her fast-paced corporate career, yoga remained her anchor—a personal, self-guided practice that provided space and stillness. It was during the stillness of lockdown that she took the leap, completing her 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa training and stepping fully into the role of teacher and entrepreneur.

Since then, Kate has:

  • Co-founded and built Heist House Studios, an independent yoga space with a thriving community (residency Heist House, Nashwhite, since 2022)

  • Developed and led retreats, workshops, and corporate wellbeing programs that blend movement, energy work, and practical wellbeing tools

  • Trained in Mandala Vinyasa with Dulce Aguilar (Kindred Yoga), deepening her dynamic and creative sequencing approach

  • Become a Reiki Master, expanding her work with energetic healing

  • Explored the power of sound healing, integrating vibration and frequency into her practice

As a teacher, mentor, and business leader, Kate blends intelligent sequencing, energetic awareness, and strategic insight to create an experience that is both grounding and expansive. She believes in the power of yoga not just as a practice, but as a tool for transformation—helping individuals and businesses reconnect to purpose, vitality, and long-term wellbeing.

Kate teaches weekly at Heist House Studios, leads bespoke private sessions, and hosts specialist workshops, retreats, and workplace wellbeing programs—bridging the gap between ancient practices and modern life.
